Train all inspectors using this standardized checklist to ensure everyone evaluates equipment using the same criteria. Hold regular calibration sessions where team members inspect the same equipment and compare findings. You can also create reference photos showing examples of different condition ratings. Develop clear definitions for subjective terms like “excellent” versus “good” condition to make documentation more consistent.
